An unlimited design plan is exactly that – it’s a subscription based web and graphic design service that encompasses everything we do under one single monthly cost. The plans have been created for businesses that want to get the absolute most from their outsourced design and website maintenance services, whilst keeping costs low and hassle to a minimum.
Whether you need website design or brand creation – or even something designed for print like business cards, leaflets or roller banners – it’s all covered and available to you in a single manageable monthly plan.
Running a business and being your own boss is a great feeling, but it’s also very demanding – and that’s without the added pressures that can come with creating your brand, building your website and keeping everything ticking along on top form. Doing these things properly requires time, skill and inclination. Save yourself the brain-melt and take the pressure off.
Professional creative design services can be very expensive, and can often stop amazing projects from even getting off the ground. Bundle on the branding, hosting fees and ongoing support, and things really start to look scary…
You really can. Website design and development, hosting, branding, graphic design, SSL, stock images, SEO… it’s all there for you to take full advantage of. See the pricing table for more details on what you’ll be getting in each plan.
You might need to know a little bit more about our Unlimited Design Plans before you make a decision. That’s cool, and we totally get it. If your question isn’t answered here, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to chat.
Absolutely we do! And that’s not even all. We can design, develop, host, maintain, update, backup and restore your WordPress website. It’s all included!
The website hosting plan that you choose for your business depends on a number of things such as how the website has been built, what language it’s been coded with and what kinds of expectations and objectives you have for the website’s features, performance and traffic. The website hosting options that we provide are perfect for businesses that have a small or medium sized website created in flat HTML/CSS, or even using a Content Management System such as WordPress or Joomla.
As a small business budget and efficiency is often going to be at the top of the priority list. You can tackle both of these problems and get the most out of your budget by having everything taken care of by just one point of contact. That’s where we can help. Give us a call to find out more.
A domain name is the name of the website that you’d usually type into your web browser’s address bar – such as atomcreativemedia.com. Domain names need to be registered – which is the easy part – however in order to associate a domain name with your website and the server it sits on it needs to be set up and configured correctly using DNS management. Our Unlimited Design Plans include the registration of one .co.uk domain name, as well as the ongoing DNS management. Furthermore, as long as you’re in a plan with us then we’ll automatically renew your domain name each year as no additional cost!
All of our plans include automatic daily website backups that are stored on a secure cloud server using specialist software.
Website restoration allows us to restore your website to a previous version. There could be a number of reasons for needing to do this – maybe an incompatible update has caused some functional issues on the website, or unauthorised access (hacking) has compromised the security of your website and its users. Either way, it’s important to have a reliable series of historic backups of your website, and the ability to roll back to a version before the issue occurred.
All websites require some degree of attention whether in the form of core updates, plugin updates, theme updates, security fixes or general layout or structural improvements. These website maintenance services are included in all of our Unlimited Design Plans.
We don’t believe so. When you have a website with us, we feel that it’s our responsibility to keep it maintained and in shape. Our website maintenance services will not affect the hours that you have available to spend under one of your plans.
Website maintenance services under one of our plans include core and plugin updates, structural fixes, security updates and certain bug fixes.
Generally speaking, the maintenance services do not include tasks or processes that you have the means and access levels to carry out for yourself. This may include on-page content updates, new page creation, content creation and other “front-of-house” tasks. Similarly, if your website isn’t functioning correctly due to an action that you carried out, this will also not be covered under the usual website maintenance service.
While we have a responsibility to provide the means of securing a website and its users with encrypted SSL technology we cannot enforce it, and it’s up to the website owner to implement this. SSL certificates are included in our Proton and Electron plans, however not in our Neutron plan. We can, however, discuss the acquisition and installation of an SSL certificate as a separate cost from the Neutron Plan if required.
Absolutely. SSL certificates and – and should – be added to WordPress websites.
Sure we do! When you take a look at what’s involved in creating a new brand and website it can sometimes become expensive. That’s exactly why we have created our Unlimited Design Plans, so that for a much smaller and more manageable monthly fee we’ll provide you with whatever you need including – of course – a full and complete logo design and branding service.
Certainly. It’s usually a good idea to keep email hosting separate from website hosting. We use Microsoft’s Office 365 for exchange email hosting, and each inbox comes with a whopping 50GB of storage capacity. Email hosting is included in our Proton and Electron Plans however if you need additional inboxes beyond the limits of a plan we can easily discuss adding additional accounts for you, for a small monthly fee.
If you’re on a monthly rolling plan agreement then you can absolutely switch to another, moving to a higher level or a lower level plan depending on your requirements. All we need is 30 days notice in writing before we do this.
If one of our Unlimited Design Plans doesn’t quite have enough hours in it for what you need simply call us, and let’s talk about creating a cost-effective, customised solution just for you.
